• Advertisers are responsible for setting campaign budgets in Malawian Kwacha (MWK) and ensuring timely payment for services.
• AdsMalawi reserves the right to review and approve all ad content before it is published on the platform.

3. Publisher Responsibilities

• Publishers must engage with ads in a genuine manner, avoiding fraudulent activities such as automated clicks or views.
• Earnings are paid in Malawian Kwacha (MWK) through approved payment methods, subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds.
• Publishers must provide accurate account information and comply with platform guidelines to maintain active status.

4. Payment Terms

Advertisers agree to pay for campaigns as per the agreed terms, and payments are non-refundable once campaigns are live. Publishers will receive earnings based on valid ad engagements, with payments processed within the specified schedule, subject to verification.

5. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. AdsMalawi is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence. Notify us immediately if you suspect any security breaches.

6. Termination

AdsMalawi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, including fraudulent activities, non-compliance with ad standards, or misuse of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

AdsMalawi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. We strive to ensure platform reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malawi. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malawi.

9. Changes to Terms
